We have been in business since 2024

Let’s introduce you the founders of the Minds Matter Collective. Bonnie Stallings and Megan Cohan have a strong desire to provide support, understanding and resources to neurodivergent children and those struggling with their mental health. They have founded this nonprofit organization in order to break the stigma that has been created around mental health and neurodiverse individuals. Follow along with them on this journey, and see what the Minds Matter Collective has to offer!

Our Staff

Bonnie Stallings

Meet Bonnie! She is the President and Co-founder of the Minds Matter Collective. Bonnie has a dual bachelors in Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies from UConn and a Masters of Science Child and Adolescent Psychology from National University. Bonnie has been working with children for most of her life. From babysitting, to working at a preschool, and children’s museum to being a developmental therapist for autistic children.
For Bonnie, The Minds Matter collective is important because she faced her own challenges growing up. No one quite understood what she was going through and she wants to make sure that this doesn’t happen to other children.
Together, Bonnie and Megan hope to break down the stigma that surrounds mental health challenges and neurodiversity in young children and provide them, along with their families, the support that they need.

For Megan, the Minds Matter Collective is important because she has seen the adversity neurodivergent children have faced, and is determined to provide these children and their families with support and resources.
Together, Bonnie and Megan hope to break down the stigma that surrounds mental health challenges and neurodiversity in young children and provide them, along with their families, the support that they need.
